Superior Essex Communications certifies that the fiber optic cables listed below comply with the requirements of the Build America, Buy America Act as part of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIAJ), Pub. L, 117-58, 135 Stat. 429, 70901-70927. All fiber cable manufactured under a “BABA” cable part number will use BABA compliant optical fiber that is manufactured in Concord, North Carolina and Wilmington, North Carolina.
